The brief

Mike Wolfers, CEO of Integrated Brand Delivery, had a clear vision for a platform to connect major FMCG brands with independent retailers across the UK. Off-the-shelf solutions couldn't get close to what he needed. The platform had to be bespoke — built around IBD's specific commercial model, not adapted from something designed for a different problem entirely.

What we did

We used AI-assisted development to build the platform from the ground up, significantly reducing both build time and cost compared to a traditional development approach. AI is embedded throughout the platform's operations — from lead generation and outreach through to contract management, stock control, and promotional activity. Each of these functions was designed to run with minimal manual overhead, so the IBD team can focus on relationships and growth rather than administration.

The result

RMR Group

The brief

RMR Group is a specialist design and construction company working across airspace development, fire remediation, and building facades and cladding systems. Each discipline had its own identity and audience, but no digital presence that reflected the depth of what they do. They also had a longer-term challenge: fifty years of specialist knowledge that lived entirely in the heads of the people who'd accumulated it.

What we did

We built three websites across the group, each positioned for its own audience and purpose. Alongside that, we're developing an AI-powered lead generation and quoting system that captures decades of specialist expertise and makes it available consistently, at speed, across the business. What previously required an expert to price from experience can now be replicated systematically — without losing the nuance that makes the quotes accurate.

The result

Three professional sites live and working. The quoting system is in development — when complete, RMR will be able to respond to enquiries faster and more consistently than any competitor doing it manually, without adding headcount.

Northern Heritage Tours

The brief

Northern Heritage Tours is a new luxury tour company showcasing the best of Northern England. As a new business entering a competitive market, they needed more than just a website — they needed a full commercial operation that could attract, engage, and convert visitors from day one, without a large team behind it.

What we did

We built the website and set up their social media presence, then put AI to work on the operations behind it. Automated lead generation, email workflows, and a booking system mean the business can handle enquiries and conversions consistently, at any hour, without manual intervention at every step.
